#1Springfield, MO - Springfield Skate Park Project. Grant and Meadowmere is the location of the Springfield skate park. The park is both indoor and outdoor with a snack bar, skate shop and a mezzanine for bands to play. You can skate Tues-Sun but you will have to call to get the times as they change during each season. (417)868.8SK8. Tell Charlie, you saw this on 13th st skateboarding! Awesome park.

#2 Joplin, MO - "the Bridge". Located right off Interstate 44, park has more than just skateboarding to offer. Snack bar inside, basketball court, video games. Check it out for yourself. Be sure to call them first and find out the age requirements because if you are over the age of 17 you can only skate at certain times. Be advised that this park may have changed the layout inside. I haven't been to it in over 12 months, so it may look different. I will try and get some new photos of it soon.

#3 Branson Skate Park. Branson, MO -This park has it all, a table, a curb a couple of quarter pipes and a slant ramp. What more could a country boy ask for? Not much...

#4 Columbia, MO. Columbia Skate Park. Fun park overall been around since '99 (just like this picture). Go take a trip and check the place out for yourself. Stop by and visit Shane at Smalltime Skateshop.

#5 Jefferson City, MO.This is just another park built by a city contractor, not a skatepark builder. No more, no less. I am sure that if you can rip this park you can rip any park! It's better than nothing... but not the street.

#6Mexico, MO - Mexico Public Skatepark. This skatepark is pretty rundown, obviously it is in the middle of Missouri with no one to take care of this place. I've known of this place since 1999. I have heard that a few pro's have come through this place, Danforth being one of em'. The mini ramp is sweet however it is a little slick, so have your softies ready. The street course is...uh...well it needs a straight up redo. ARC provided the little quarter pipes but they are just weak. Check it out if you dare.

#7 Sedalia, MO - Sedalia Skate Park    The sedalia skate park is big and has lot's of room to flow. Some big cracks but not too bad. Some rails are steeper than others but overall a nice thing to have in your town. I wonder what the downtown has to offer...

#8 Hannibal Ramp Park. Hannibal, MO -This park is on the South side of Hannibal right off 60/41. Smooth concrete and clean lines make this park fun. When I visited the park there weren't that many skaters there so I wouldn't say that it was crowded. However they do have specific guidelines for skating the park when it comes to age groups. You may want to do a little research on the park before you drive up there. It is worth the trip if you are visiting NE Missouri.

#9 Charles Skate Park. St. Charles, MO -A super fun park with a ton of lines for all different types of skating. This park is somewhat difficult to get to since it is literally next to a lake and a corn field. It took me two trips to St. Charles to find this place. I thought that I could just stroll into town and ask a local but that isn't how it went, nope.  I had to work to find this place. It's WORTH the drive when in St. Louis to visit this place. Free, but no lights for night-time skating. This park rips.

#10 Troy Skate Park. Troy, MO -Not too much to be said about this park. The ramps are pretty slick so you have to have soft wheels. The park is located near the NE part of town, next to the local skate shop- "The Ultimate Skate Shop". Not too much to skate at this park, again, what you see is what you get. No more, no less...

#11 St Joseph, MO.St. Joe Public Skate Parks. There are two parks with ramps located thoughout the town and a mini street course at one of the parks in town as well.I have no idea where they are because St. Joseph has a ton of trees all over and I was easily lost in the town. You may ask a local and they should be able to point you in the right direction. One of the parks costs some cash so be aware.

#12KC, Kansas. Cradle Park(I think it is called Shawnee Mission Pulbic Park). This is a park worth getting to know. The bowls are much larger than the pictures show. However this park isn't for the first time skateboarders, you have to roll like you mean it. Ain't no half-steppin'! The concrete is super smooth and it's easy to get going fast in this place. The street course is small but has some fun stuff. Oh well check it out when in KC. Sport your helmet and pads cause you're gonna need'em.
